Additionally, there have been complaints that this entity has defrauded customers of payment under the pretense of selling Arkool products.

To clarify:

  1. This Canadian entity is NOT an authorized distributor, agent, or business partner of Arkool—we have no formal or informal business relationship with it.

  2. The use of Arkool’s product images, brand logo, and trademark on its website constitutes unauthorized intellectual property infringement (including copyright and trademark violations). We have initiated legal proceedings to demand the immediate removal of all infringing content.
