The principle of the system is mainly composed of an evaporator, a condenser and a centrifugal compressor.
1. System principle
1. Evaporator: Water enters the evaporator in a vacuum state. A small part of the water evaporates in the evaporator and absorbs heat from the rest of the water. Allow the remaining water to cool down.
2. Centrifugal compressor: The evaporated water vapor is compressed by the compressor to about 1/3 of its original volume, and the pressure and temperature of the water vapor rise after compression.
3. Condenser: In the condenser, the heated water vapor is directly condensed into the circulating cooling water stream, and the heat contained in it is released to the cooling water.
二. Operation mode
The system adopts a modular design, and the two chambers (modules) are interconnected. According to the required cooling load and the outside temperature, determine the required cooling capacity and which components or modules need to be operated.
The system operation mode is divided into four modes: natural cooling, natural cooling+, single-stage operation, and two-stage operation (full load operation). However, the natural cooling mode of this system is not like the natural cooling mode of other traditional refrigeration systems. Its internal passive cooling design will work even when the outdoor temperature is only slightly lower than the chilled water inlet temperature.
The cooling water temperature can operate normally and effectively from 5℃ to 45℃. At present, the refrigeration capacity of Z*Large products can reach 35KW.
