Sharing of technical characteristics of air-conditioning R410A refrigerant

The refrigerant R-410A is a mixture of HFC-32 and HFC-125 (50%/50% mass ratio). It is used as the final alternative to R-22 refrigerant air conditioning fixed system, but it cannot be applied to the original R22 equipment. It cannot replace R22. R-410A has proved that the energy efficiency ratio is increased by 5 to 6%, which is higher than that of R-22. It also has a higher capacity and release pressure than R-22, making the design of the air conditioner smaller and more compact. R-410A increases the pressure by nearly 60% than R22, but its discharge pressure and suction pressure have the same compression ratio as R22. It is an almost azeotropic binary mixture of HFC-32 and HFC-125, which has a floating temperature below 0.2°C. Its properties are very similar to an azeotrope, and it can be regarded as a single refrigerant. This means that they will not destroy the system and its combination ratio, nor will it change in the event of a leak. The diameter of the cylinder cannot be too large, and the discharge volume of the compressor is not more than 32cm3, so the piston machine can separate the composition and have dangerous compression force. The vapor compression cannot exceed a certain space, which is dangerous! This is very important, so fluoride must be added in a liquid state.

R410's excellent thermodynamic properties can use more compact compressors, smaller diameter tubes, higher speeds and more efficient equipment, because it has lower energy consumption. R-410A is compatible with mineral oil or alkylbenzene oil, because R410A will not mix with them. The oil specified for R-410A is polyol (POE) oil. These oils should not be exposed to open air and can only be opened before use. Tools and parts must be refrigerant R-410A. Never use a conventional meter to charge refrigerant, measure the pressure and watch them (explosive tube, exploded meter) just in case.
