Disconnect the connection between the yellow tube and the vacuum pump when adding refrigerant, and then connect it to the refrigerant bottle and tighten it; 5. At this time First open the refrigerant bottle, then open the valve core on the meter group to exhaust the air in the yellow tube, then turn the refrigerant bottle upside down and put it away at the same time; 6. Open the high and low pressure valve, add refrigerant to the system, and wait until the specified amount is reached After that, close the high and low pressure valves and put the refrigerant bottle in place.

Connect the filling pipe to the compressor If the process port is connected, vacuum first, and the evacuation time is determined according to the condition of disconnecting the process port during maintenance. If there is residual gas at the broken process port, the evacuation time is 5-10 minutes; if there is no residual gas from the broken process port, it should be evacuated for 20-30 minutes. After 5 minutes of vacuum, the compressor should be started at the same time, and the compressor should be stopped for 3 to 5 minutes. 2. After the vacuum is completed, first close the maintenance valve and then stop the vacuum pump, quickly connect the filling pipe to the fluorine bottle, and open the fluorine bottle valve. According to your own habits, you can put the fluorine bottle upside down or upright. Slightly loosen the connecting port of the filling pipe of the half-turn repair valve, use fluorine pressure to overflow the air in this section of the filling pipe (usually called 'washing pipe'), and tighten the connecting port after about 2 to 3 seconds. 3. First use the pressure difference after the vacuum to stop and refill. Open the maintenance filling valve for about 1/4 turn, close the filling valve after 5-6 seconds, wait another 2 minutes and then start the compressor. At this time, the low pressure gauge will drop rapidly. If the needle will directly point below 0, it means that the filling volume is not enough, you can slightly open the filling valve to replenish; if the pressure is below 1 kg, you can let the refrigerator continue to run the test machine. In the test machine, observe the frosting of the evaporator in the box, feel the heat dissipation of the condenser, and the temperature of the return air pipe. If there is frost in the return pipe, open the filling valve several times and let it go until no frost is formed. If it is found that the pressure gradually reaches negative pressure and the compressor has a dull sound, it means that the ice block has occurred, and it should be dealt with separately according to the solution of the ice block. 4. About half an hour after the test machine observation, the evaporator should be fully frosted, the heat dissipation of the condenser is normal, and the air return pipe will gradually cool down to a little condensation, and it can automatically stop after 1 hour. The regularity of starting and stopping is normal, and the whole liquid is added. The process and the amount of liquid added can be regarded as complete and appropriate.

Method two: 1. Connect the vacuum pump to vacuum for about 10 minutes (depending on the specific situation), turn on the refrigerator and freezer compressor after 5 minutes (the vacuum pump at this time) Cannot stop), turn off the vacuum pump after 10 minutes, the compressor is still running. Connect the fluorine bottle (to ensure the quality of fluorine), and use the fluorine in the fluorine bottle to overflow the air in the filling pipe. Temporarily close the filling valve, fully open the fluorine bottle valve, turn the fluorine bottle upside down, and open the filling valve a little bit (about half a circle). At this time, start adding fluoride to the refrigerator and freezer. Close the door or cover the box. 2. It can be seen from the whole process that the high and low pressure gauges are basically ignored, no matter what! The temperature of the compressor and the current do not look at it, no matter what! Regardless of the amount of frosting and fluoride! ! ! The pressure gauge is only used to observe whether the system is blocked. Note that the pressure during fluorine addition should not be too high to avoid shutdown of the overload protection. As long as the fluorine operation is performed properly and the compressor has no 'congenital failure

3. In the end, don't let the return pipe outside the box frost, only condensation; measure the current of the compressor not to exceed the rated value; it should be able to automatically stop normally after running for about 2 hours. Regardless of other things, the seal is over.
