The maximum GWP value of any potential blended refrigerant is set to 150, and the maximum effective slip allowed in the evaporator is 10K. The researchers insist that it is clear that certain refrigerant mixtures may slightly increase the COP (coefficient of refrigeration) compared to pure hydrocarbons in small systems. However, they acknowledged the need for experimental verification to confirm the true possibility of the identified mixture.
