How to use refrigerant to empty the air conditioner after installation

   At present, the air discharged from the indoor unit and pipeline is mostly ejected by the outdoor unit refrigerant:

  01), connect the pipe between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit The air pipe of the road is opened;

  02), use a hexagonal wrench to open the valve of the two-way stop valve on the outdoor unit to ensure that the refrigerant can enter the pipeline of the indoor unit;

  03), As the refrigerant slowly enters the indoor unit pipeline, the refrigerant gradually occupies the pipeline, ejects the gas in the indoor unit pipeline, and discharges from the opening of the disconnected thick pipe (trachea);

  04). When the refrigerant is seen to be discharged, quickly connect the air pipe to the three-way shut-off valve, tighten the tube, and the exhaust operation is completed.

  Note:

  1). The exhaust time 30s mentioned here is only a reference value. In actual operation, you must feel whether the sprayed gas has changed by hand. Cool to control the exhaust time.

  2) Mastering the exhaust time is very important for the use of air conditioners, because the exhaust time is too long, the refrigerant in the refrigeration system will be excessively lost, which will affect the cooling effect of the air conditioner ; Exhaust time is too short, the air in the indoor unit and pipeline is not exhausted, it will also affect the cooling effect of the air conditioner.

  3) Inverter air conditioners must be evacuated by vacuum, because this air conditioner mostly uses r410a refrigerant. This refrigerant is mixed in strict accordance with a certain ratio. If part of the gas is discharged by the headspace method, the ratio of the refrigerant will change and affect the refrigeration effect (after about a year of use, the effect on the refrigeration effect is obvious), so it cannot The refrigerant headspace method is adopted.
