1. First establish the system connection, first close the high and low pressure valves; need to measure the low pressure port, blue tube, low pressure quick connector of the refrigerator and the low pressure phase of the refrigerator system Connect and lock it; then connect the high-pressure port, the red tube, the high-pressure quick connector and the system high-pressure phase measurement and lock it; then connect the filling port, the yellow tube and the vacuum pump and tighten them.

2. Vacuum extraction of the refrigerator system. This step must be carried out under the normal pressure of the system, otherwise, the system should be depressurized first. After completing the above connections of the refrigerator system, first turn on the vacuum pump, and at the same time, open the high and low pressure valves, and then (open the high and low pressure quick connectors), at this time the system starts to evacuate; after a certain period of time (about 10~30min), check whether the system is complete Vacuum, if there is no vacuum, check the system for leaks and re-evacuate after repair; at the same time, close the high and low pressure valves, and then turn off the vacuum pump; keep the pressure for 3-~5min to check if there is any leakage in the system;

3. Fill the system with refrigerant, disconnect the yellow tube from the vacuum pump, and then connect it to the refrigerant bottle and tighten it; first open the refrigerant bottle (position in the forward direction), and then open the The valve core exhausts the air in the yellow tube, then invert the refrigerant bottle and put it away; at the same time, open the high and low pressure valve, add refrigerant to the system, and close the high and low pressure valve when the specified amount (according to the filling amount provided by each system manufacturer) is reached. Positive refrigerant bottle.

4. To confirm the filling effect, turn on the system first; after a certain period of time (about 5~10min), check whether the high and low pressure of the system is normal (refer to the system manual). If it is insufficient, open the low-pressure valve slowly (it is strictly forbidden to open the high-pressure valve at this time), replenish the appropriate amount of gas refrigerant (the cylinder is placed in the state), and then close the low-pressure valve, and then re-test; if it is too high, close the cylinder. Slowly open the high-pressure valve, discharge an appropriate amount of refrigerant from the valve core of the meter group (at this time, pay attention to the sprayed refrigerant hurting people), then close the high-pressure valve, and re-test; repeat the same as above until it is normal.

5. Turn off the system, first turn off the refrigerant bottle and high and low pressure quick connector, drain the remaining refrigerant in the meter group from the valve core of the meter group (at this time, pay attention The sprayed refrigerant hurts people), then remove the high and low pressure quick connector (at this time, pay attention to high temperature and hot hands), remove the refrigerant bottle, remove the three-color tube, and keep it properly.
