2. Installation and maintenance considerations:

1. The pressure of R410a is about 1.6 times higher than that of R22 refrigerant. When installing R410a refrigerant in air conditioners When using R410a special tools and materials, pay attention to safe operation.

2. Please do not mix air other than R410a refrigerant into the air conditioner's refrigerant circulation pipeline. 6. The pressure of household air conditioners using R410a refrigerant is much greater than that of traditional R-22 refrigerant. Therefore, in terms of material selection, it must be compatible with R410a. Copper pipes with a wall thickness of 0.7mm are available in the market and must not be used.

7. The pressure of R410a is relatively high, and the previous multi-pipe measuring meter cannot be used. The high-pressure standard and low-pressure meter are different from previous products. The following parameters can be referred to when purchasing a pressure gauge.

8. Once the R410a refrigerant is mixed with the lubricating oil (mineral oil) of the vacuum pump, a chemical reaction will occur and sludge will be produced, resulting in damage to the air-conditioning components.
