The common cause of no heating or poor heating effect is 'fluorine deficiency.' So in the heating state, what are the failure phenomena of fluorine deficiency and the precautions for adding fluoride? 1. Phenomenon after the air conditioner lacks fluoride

After the compressor runs continuously for 30 minutes, if the refrigeration system is 'deficient in fluorine:

1. The tracheal valve is dry, and there is no obvious cooling sensation when touched by hand. The reason is that insufficient refrigerant causes the boiling end point in the evaporator to advance, which makes the refrigerant of the valve excessively increase, and the temperature of the valve rises, which is greater than the leakage point temperature of the outdoor air.

2. The liquid pipe valve is frosted. The reason is that the 'lack of fluorine' causes the pressure in the liquid pipe to drop and the boiling point to drop, making the valve temperature lower than the freezing point.

3. Open the panel of the indoor unit and remove the filter. Some evaporators can be found dew or frost. The reason is that due to insufficient refrigerant, only part of the evaporator has boiled and absorbed heat, and the refrigeration area is reduced accordingly.

4. There is no heat in the exhaust air of the outdoor unit. The reason is that the condensing pressure and condensing temperature are reduced due to insufficient refrigerant, and the exhaust air temperature is also reduced.

5. The drainage hose is intermittently draining or not draining at all. The reason is that the cooling area of u200bu200bthe evaporator is reduced, the condensation area is also reduced, and the amount of condensation water is reduced.

6. The gas and liquid valves of the outdoor unit have oil stains, and if there is oil stains, there will be leakage. The reason is that the refrigerant and the refrigerating oil have a certain degree of mutual solubility. The fluorine escapes from the leakage point and enters the atmosphere, while the oil adheres to the periphery of the leakage point.

7. Measure the working current of the air conditioner to be less than the rated current. The reason is that the lack of refrigerant reduces the compressor work load and the current drops.

8. The pressure measured from the fluorine filling port of the outdoor unit is lower than 0.45Mpa. The reason is that insufficient refrigerant has caused the evaporation pressure to drop.

In addition, the frosting of any valve of the outdoor unit is an abnormal phenomenon; only the liquid pipe valve is frosted, indicating 'fluorine deficiency'; only the air pipe valve is frosting, indicating a slight 'fluorine deficiency' or the ambient temperature is too low ; Both valves are frosted, indicating that the system has secondary throttling.

Two. Precautions when adding fluoride

1. Add fluoride in heating mode, and do not add fluoride in cooling mode because of cooling mode Based on the refrigeration pressure, the performance of more or less fluorine in the refrigeration mode is not obvious, and the heating effect after switching to the heating mode is very different.

2. When running in heating mode, to facilitate adding fluoride, unpack the control wire of the four-way valve coil of the indoor unit, or find the zero wire of the four-way valve and unplug it To turn the system into cooling mode (note that the computer board is still controlled by the heating mode. When the maintenance time is long, if the system enters the defrosting state, you can unplug the power plug and plug it in after 3 minutes), This makes it easy to add fluoride from the maintenance port. When it is considered that the fluorine addition is almost the same, connect the four-way valve control wire or plug to see if the pressure and current are normal. If it is not normal, repeat the above operations until the heating is normal. In addition, it is safer to connect and remove the pressure gauge in this cooling mode because the pressure is low. Note: In actual operation, it is safer to wear gloves.

3. Pay attention to the use of high-quality connecting pipes (such as Swiss brand composite watches, which are expensive but of good quality, durable and safe) to prevent the pipe from exploding and hurting people.

4. The heating effect is not good when the fluorine is added. The excess fluorine should be released or recovered. The temperature difference between the air outlet and the return air outlet should be greater than 15°C. Under normal circumstances, when the temperature of the tuyere is the highest measured with a thermometer, it should be in the best heating state, and fluorine should be stopped at this time.

5. For mixed refrigerants, you must pay attention to the filling method, such as: R407C (one of the alternatives to R22) must be filled in liquid to ensure the correct proportion of the three components, otherwise it will It greatly affects the heating effect. The main reason is that R407C is a mixture of R32, R125, and R134a in the proportions of 23%, 25% and 52%. When charged in a gaseous state, its characteristics will be changed.

6. For inverter air conditioners, press the 'trial run' switch on the indoor unit, and add fluorine in this operating state, because the compressor's operating frequency remains constant at this time, and the charging is more accurate .
