Method steps of adding R134a refrigerant to automobile air conditioner
The car air-conditioning refrigerant uses environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant. We generally use low-pressure filling and static filling. The steps are as follows:
1. Turn on the air conditioner to refrigerate, and then add sob from the low pressure. When it is increased to 0.35-0.55Mpa, then observe the cooling effect of the air conditioner. If possible, the measured high pressure cannot exceed 2.2Mpa.
2. Add refrigerant R134a from the place where the fluorine is added when the air conditioner is disabled. It is appropriate when the system pressure reaches 0.8-0.9Mpa
3. Let the air conditioner run for 30 minutes to do a careful inspection.
(1) Pressure measurement is 0.35-0.55Mpa for low pressure measurement. If it is too high, increase it, if it is too small, increase it. The high pressure can't exceed 2.2Mpa.
(2) If the sound is too loud and dull, it may be due to the addition of fluorine. If the sound is too little, it means that the amount is not enough.
(3) Measuring the temperature, the suction pipe is cool with condensation, the exhaust pipe temperature is about 80 degrees, the condenser temperature is about 55 degrees, the compressor suction pipe is cold with dew, the exhaust pipe is very hot and evaporates The temperature of the device is about 15 degrees lower than the ambient temperature.
(4) Measuring the total current of the working current is close to the rated current. If the current is too large, increase it if the current is too small, then increase it too little. This requires the system and the circuit to be tested under normal conditions, because the working current of the compressor has a lot to do with the suction pressure of the compressor. The suction pressure is high and the current is high. The suction pressure and the bottom current are small. If the system is blocked, then the compressor will work. The working current will be very low and the sound of the compressor is abnormal.
4. The correct method of refilling. When refilling, be sure to add a little slowly and let the air conditioner run for about 10 minutes before measuring the pressure and current. If the pressure and current at the time were used as the standard, it might have increased too much. When fluoride is added in winter, the four-way valve coil can be disconnected, or the indoor temperature sensor can be artificially brought to a temperature that can be cooled. Sometimes the air conditioner can also be operated in dehumidification mode. It does not require very high temperature.
Try the air conditioner that is normally turned on for a period of time and the wind blowing on the body feels very cold and can quickly reach the setting. The compressor outside the temperature can work like a refrigerator for a while and stop for a while, which shows that it is normal. Otherwise, R134a may be required.
The second measurement is to use a thermometer to measure the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the indoor unit. The temperature difference is above 8℃. The larger the normal temperature difference, the better the working condition of the air conditioner, which can reach about 15℃. If the difference is less than 8°C, R134a refrigerant may be required.
Thirdly, after turning on for more than ten minutes, open the indoor unit panel. You should see that the copper tube of the evaporator is covered with aluminum sheets for heat exchange. The parts of the heat exchange are evenly covered with condensed water. This is when the normal air humidity is high. On the contrary, less. If half and half do not, there may be a lack of refrigerant. Such as partial frost or ice formation is also abnormal.
Four-check users who have used it for more than half a year can check whether there are obvious signs of oil leakage at the pipe joints of the indoor unit and the valve of the outdoor unit. If there is obvious oil leakage, it indicates that the machine is leaking because of the mutual miscibility of oil and fluorine. The oil leakage will cause fluorine leakage and the fluorine leakage will cause oil leakage.
In addition to the above conventional judgment methods, professionals remind consumers that if the cooling effect of the air conditioner is unsatisfactory, they must ask dedicated after-sales personnel to come to check and do not blindly add refrigerant R134a by themselves.
